Available Varieties
Most grapes are sourced from District 11 known as the Lodi – Clements Hills, and from District 10 in the Amador County and Mariposa County areas. Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and other varieties are available from District 7, the Coastal Region in San Benito County. We also have a large selection of grape juices from two different regions–Coastal and Valley. Grape varieties not listed or from other districts are sourced upon request.
Red Grapes
Aglianico, Alicante Bouschet, Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Carignane, Dolcetto, Grenache, Malbec, Merlot, Montepulciano, Mourvedre, Nero D’Avola, Petit Sirah, Petit Verdot, Pinot Noir, Primitivo, Sangiovese, Syrah-Shiraz, Tempranillo, Zinfandel, Old Vine Zinfandel, Portuguese Varieties (for Port).
White Grapes
Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc (juice only), French Columbard (juice only), Gewurztraminer (juice only), Malvasia Bianca, Muscat Alexander, Muscat Canelli, Pinot Grigio, Riesling (juice only), Sauvignon Blanc (juice only), Viognier.
Fresh Juice
Many of the above varieties are available as fresh juice from the Lodi Region. Some Coastal juices, Chardonnay, Riesling and Pinot Noir, are also available. Fresh grape juice is shipped in drums, totes or tankers.
Bulk Wine
Bulk wine is sourced from small Lodi Region wineries and some Coastal wines are also available. Wine can be shipped in shiners, totes or drums. Please contact us with your specific needs.
