Orders can be placed at any time. All orders are confirmed through e-mail and/or fax. By mid or late July, preliminary pricing and availability is formally corresponded to all our customers. As the season progresses, updates are made and coordination with all buyers will continue through the harvest. Prior to shipment all orders are reconfirmed.
Within 24 hours after shipment, a copy of the Bill of Lading is sent to the buyer by fax or e-mail. All pertinent information will be contained in the fax, including freight charges.
All sales are made under PACA rules & trust requirements. (Perishable Agriculture Commodities Act).
